This is a Rocket Airsoft 14.5-tooth full metal rack piston. The body material is glass-fiber reinforced nylon and the teeth are MIM steel. The nylon material has superior wear resistance and can endure much more prolonged stress than most standard Pistons.

The rear tooth is reduced to half its original height. This can correct AoE on some gearboxes, but others may require more material to be removed.

Even if the gearbox is left stock, a Full Metal Rack Piston is more likely to retain its shape and won't wear down nearly as fast nor as often as most plastic pistons.

Securing the rack with a durable epoxy is recommended.
