Shipping policy
All orders are shipped directly from Southern California. We do not do any kind of drop-shipping!
As a small business, we strive to ship orders as fast as possible. We normally ship our products the same day or the next morning.
We ship worldwide where supported payment methods are accepted. Orders are typically shipped via USPS unless otherwise requested.
Domestic delivery usually takes 1–4 business days, depending on the service and destination. International USPS delivery typically takes about 2–3 weeks, though carrier estimates may vary. DHL typically takes just days, unless there is a customs hold or delay. All orders include tracking.
Our store may close for a few days each year. When this happens, notices will be posted on our home page and checkout page, along with the expected shipping date. Orders may still be placed during closures and can be canceled or modified free of charge before shipment.
In rare cases, product packaging may be removed or reduced to fit the shipping box and provide the fastest, most affordable shipping option.
We are not responsible for customs seizure, destruction, or return costs resulting from unpaid duties. If the package is returned to us and charges any return or related fees, those amounts will be deducted from any refund issued.
In rare cases where a package is lost in transit or delayed, the customer will have to file a claim with the shipping courier.
Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer is responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.
