The angled teeth engage more gradually, causing them to run more smoothly and quietly. Because of this, these gears may provide a more desirable gear meshing noise when properly shimmed.

The bevel gear also has standard straight-cut teeth, which makes the bevel compatible with a wide range of ACM step gears.

Additionally, due to their design, these gears may yield an increase in load capacity and efficiency.

The use of high-quality steel and heat treatment makes these gears durable as well.

It is recommended to use Loctite 638 and allow it to fully cure when installing the pinion gear.

Awesome Bevel!

These are known to have some QC issues, the one i ordered,i got lucky and it was perfect.

The fitment is great and gives more shimming room compared to SHS/Rocket Bevels for proper motor height.

The pinion gear fit perfectly on a G&G 18k O-Type Armature i used in a Frankenstein motor.
Snag one if you'd like to take a step passed standard bevel gear meshing!

They are quieter than straight tooth teeth bevels to motor!

Absolutely worth it (if you are not using siegetek gears!)

90% of the contact noise in a gearbox comes from the bevel and pinion meshing, due to the fact that It's making almost 600 revolutions per second on a 36k build.
The engineers at LONEX really innovated to provide this product, as it made my gearbox almost completely silent. It almost sounds seemingly like HPA now.
One point of contention is that these ONLY work on 10 tooth spur gears, which siegetek does not make, so I had to replace mine with an SHS one.
