Aztech's Steel Spring retainer is designed to work in all Aztech Scythe gearbox variants with the 4 lug locking tab.

A 2-piece design allows the top part to move forward. This allows for adjustable power output without using spring spacers! The head is adjusted via the rear grub screw using a 3mm allen key.

This spring retainer does not allow for the use of thrust bearings. Although the head rotates, bearings should be used on the piston head for improved spring torsion.

This spring retainer also does not allow for adjustment of Aztech's Accu-Port Piston Head, as the spring retainer head is solid and not hollow.

Quad locking lug for maximum strength and positive position lock to eliminate torque and twist.

- CNC machined 7075 grade alloy
- Adjustable pre-loading of main spring
- Internally threaded for butt stock bolt
- Rotating guide shaft to prevent spring binding.
- Corrosion resistant
