product details

Guarder is a Taiwanese brand that makes strong Gearbox parts with good precision and quality control. Because of this, Guarder has a solid reputation as a parts manufacturer. Brill Armory is proud to add a variety of Guarder products to our inventory.

Guarder springs are made of Oil Quenched/Tempered Si-Cr Alloy Steel Wire and are generally considered to be some of the most consistent springs on the market. These springs are rated to their actual power and are not mislabeled like some ACM springs on the market.

Please note that the final AEG power output is dependent on a ton of factors, and as such Brill Armory cannot guarantee a certain FPS. Some factors include compression, inner barrel length, cylinder type, inner barrel diameter, BB's used, bucking/hop-up parts used, and tappet timing.

Is a SP140 the same as a M140 spring? I have the SHS high torque motor and a SP130 spring in the gearbox and it has pre-mature engagement with an 11.1 battery. I am running my DMR build and was wondering if a bigger spring is the best way to stop this problem so I bought the SP140 spring because I do not want to go over 500FPS. Already ~430-450 FPS as it is.

Guarder springs are the only ones I'll use, and for good reason. They are extremely strong and hold their tension. They are hardened and then oil-quenched, giving them a sexy shade of dark colors. This SP140 hits about 460 fps.
