Shipping & Returns


SHIPPING

As a small business, we strive to ship orders as fast as possible. We normally ship our products the same day or next morning, but handling may take up to 3 business days. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 3 business days, we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date.

Brill Armory primarily processes payments using PayPal. We can ship your order all over the world wherever PayPal is accepted. We ship all products via USPS unless otherwise directed. Once shipped, it usually takes between 1 to 3 business days to deliver depending on the service in the destination area. International orders usually take ~2 weeks to deliver. USPS may provide shipping estimates, but these may not reflect actual shipping times. All orders will come with a tracking number. In rare cases, the individual packaging on some of the products may be removed to allow it to fit in the shipping box. This is done to provide the fastest and most affordable shipping available.

Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.

RETURNS POLICY

Due to the unpredictable nature of ACM products, we cannot offer a warranty unless otherwise stated on the product. Upgrading/modifying Airsoft replicas may require thorough technical skill and understanding of the parts. If the end user doesn't have the technical skill to install the parts, a reputable Airsoft technician should install the parts for them. Returns/refunds are conditional and will be evaluated by occurrence. If an order has been dispatched by the courier and is not received or if an item is received and it is either damaged or faulty, a return claim must be filed with Brill Armory within 7 days from the dispatch date of your goods.

Any defective items sold by Brill Armory can be shipped back and fully refunded with no charge to the customer. Brill Armory can provide a return shipping label free of charge or refund the customer for the cost of the shipping method used in their initial order. In some cases, manufacturer authorization and/or a diagnosis of the part is required to confirm that the part in question is defective.

If a customer needs a part to be returned with a more expensive shipping option than originally purchased in the initial order, the customer will need to pay the difference. Returns need to be authorized by Brill Armory and/or the manufacturer of the part. Returns without prior authorization will be sent back.

If a customer no longer wants or needs an item, the customer can return it provided it is still new and unused in its original packaging. In this case, the buyer pays return shipping. Upon receiving the undamaged and untampered item, the buyer will receive a full refund with no restocking fee.
