Shipping & Returns


All orders are shipped directly from Los Angeles, California. We do not do any kind of drop-shipping!

As a small business, we strive to ship orders as fast as possible. We normally ship our products the same day or the next morning.

In rare cases where a package is lost in transit or delayed, the customer will have to file a claim with the shipping courier.

For a few days a year, our store may be closed. When this happens, a closure notice is visible on our home page and checkout page. Customers are also notified of the expected shipping date when this occurs. Orders will still be accepted during closures. Customers are welcome to cancel or modify their orders free of charge at any time during the processing period.

Brill Armory processes payments using PayPal. We can ship your order all over the world wherever PayPal is accepted. We ship all products via USPS unless otherwise directed. Once shipped, it usually takes between 1 to 4 business days to deliver depending on the service (Priority or First-Class) in the destination area. International orders usually take ~2-3 weeks to deliver. USPS may provide shipping estimates, but these may not reflect actual shipping times. All orders will come with a tracking number. In rare cases, the individual packaging on some of the products may be removed to allow it to fit in the shipping box. This is done to provide the fastest and most affordable shipping available.

Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer is responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.


All Airsoft parts require professional installation, and the performance of parts can vary greatly depending on installation quality. We cannot provide returns or refunds for used parts unless there is a manufacturing defect. Any items with a manufacturing defect can be shipped back and fully refunded within 60 days of purchase. Brill Armory can provide a return shipping label free of charge or refund the customer for the cost of the shipping used in their initial order. In some cases, manufacturer authorization and/or a diagnosis of the part is required to confirm that the part in question is defective. Brill Armory can replace the product if it is in stock or refund the product depending on the customers preference.

If the product is defective and has a manufacturers warranty, it is usually required that the customer contact the manufacturer first before turning to Brill Armory for support. This is only because the manufacturer knows their own products best, and can best help the customer with any issues.

If a customer changes their mind about an order or no longer wants the parts they bought, they may return the parts within 60 days of purchase if the parts are brand new, never used, and in their original packaging. The initial cost of shipping the goods to the customer is not refunded. A 2.9% restocking fee will apply, and the customer will have to pay for return shipping, including any insurance. In cases where Brill Armory provides a shipping label, the return cost will be deducted from the refund. Brill Armory must receive the item to be eligible for a refund. Any opened parts may be subject to a restocking fee, which varies based on the state of original packaging and product use.

Brill Armory cannot accept returns for used parts or parts damaged from the end user.

If a customer needs a part to be returned with a more expensive shipping option than originally purchased in the initial order, the customer will need to pay the difference. Returns need to be authorized by Brill Armory and/or the manufacturer of the part. Returns without prior authorization will be refused and sent back.
