This Piston is fabricated by a combination of four types of materials in order to improve all of the performance (stainless steel, aluminum, rubber, and teflon.) These materials yield high strength, stability, and reduce friction.

Please note M190SP springs can be used with the LayLax Zero trigger & High-Pressure Piston, but the stock rubber and Silent Shaft on the High-Pressure Piston are meant to be used under lower power levels (SP120 strength or below). So, if you upgrade to a spring over SP130, LayLax recommends taking out the 2 parts (Damper rubber and Silent Shaft) or they may break.

You can unscrew the shaft, and screw in a set screw. These two parts are for a silencing effect, so taking them out will not affect the performance of the piston. When you install high power spring with products like Zero trigger, checking the screws regularly is recommended to avoid loosening of the screws due to vibration. LayLax recommends the use of their Sorbothane Pads for springs above SP120.
