Details: This is a Balanced 16TPA Long Type Neodymium Motor by ZCI. As the name implies, it's designed to give a balanced output of torque and speed.
This motor should perform similarly to the SHS High Torque motors. The shaft is outfitted with a D-type pinion gear.
The magnets are just as strong as the SHS ones and wrap nicely around the armature. The armatures are well shimmed on all of the ZCI motors that I've handled.
Overall you can't go wrong with this motor. With this kind of price and performance, there is no reason to keep a stock ferrous motor!
