Product ships with three pieces, the thumb lever, the matching selector plate, and a screw to pair them. I was expecting the small ball bearing and spring to ship as well, since those are what keep the selector in the appropriate fire mode. The aluminum thumb lever looks and feels great and meshes well with the selector plate. My screw was a Torx rather than Hex pictured (does not affect review).
