product details

The SigmaFET is a powerful 3813-based MOSFET. They are aimed to be the most basic and affordable MOSFETs available. These are built from IRLB3813PBF MOSFETs (30V, 190A rating) and wired with 16AWG TXL and a 24AWG gate wire totaling 0.5m in length.

With a source voltage of 6V or higher the MOSFET will function at an internal resistance of under 2 milliohms (it's rated for 1.95 milliohms at 10V), keeping the MOSFET well above the gate threshold.

The SigmaFET's are all hand made, inspected, and tested prior to shipping. Motor connectors, shrink wrap, and 1ft of positive wire is also included with every unit.

Please note:

These MOSFET's require soldering skill for installation. If you are not sure how to install one, please have the unit installed by an experienced Airsoft technician.

Can't recommend these anymore. I've had 6 separate builds short out and had one battery fried due to these mosfets. They also break easily with little to no chance of fixing them.

Can't recommend this to anyone. Just tried building a scar with a reasonable setup and it failed within 100 cycles. Guarder SP110 18:1 gears JG Blue 22TPA I was even running a 20A fuse that didn't pop. The gun cycled for a while and then eventually just stopped altogether. Thought it was a messed up trigger trolley but after removing it no motor/battery combo outside of the gearbox works with this wiring harness now. I'll be sticking with Nukefets from now on.

I have used these mosfets in many widely varied builds from stock, balanced and basic high speed to a M190 full stroke DMR. I have yet to have a failure. Performance is very nice in every build. Does what any basic mosfet should. The wire lengths are pretty decent for most common applications, but can be tight on length with more involved or guns with longer wiring needs. Motor connectors fit nicely on every motor without and crimping needed. Heat shrink provided is plenty for both motor connectors and deans/connectors, with plenty extra.
