Shipping & Returns


As a small business, we strive to ship orders as fast as possible. We normally ship our products the same day or next morning, but handling may take up to 3 business days. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 3 business days, we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date.

All of our products are carefully packed and inspected prior to shipping. We can send your order worldwide. We ship all products via USPS unless otherwise directed. Once shipped, it usually takes between 1 to 3 business days to deliver depending on the service in the destination area. International orders usually take ~2 weeks to deliver. All orders will come with a tracking number. In very rare cases, the individual packaging on some of the products may be removed to allow it to fit in the shipping box. This is done to provide the fastest and most affordable shipping available.

Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.

Once your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel your order. If item is unopened, simply send it back. The buyer pays return shipping. Upon receiving the undamaged item, the buyer will receive a full refund with no restocking fee.


Due to the unpredictable nature of ACM products, we unfortunately cannot offer a warranty unless otherwise stated on the product. If you do not have the technical skill needed to install parts, have your local Airsoft technician do it for you. Returns/refunds are conditional and will be evaluated by occurrence. If an order has been dispatched by the courier and is not received or if an item is received and it is either damaged or faulty, a return claim must be filed with Brill Armory within 3 days from the dispatch date of your goods.
